These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between dk22 and any individual who accesses or uses the dk22 online gaming platform, including its website at dk22.biz and any associated services, products, software, tools, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process on dk22, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any feature of the Platform, you represent that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • Single Account: You may only hold one (1) active account on dk22. Registering multiple accounts under any circumstances is prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, dk22 reserves the right to close all related accounts and withhold any associated balances pending investigation.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from dk22 or from any other gambling platform under a cross-platform self-exclusion arrangement.
• Own Funds: You confirm that the funds in your dk22 account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of criminal or unlawful activity.

dk22 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Your dk22 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or otherwise shared with any third party. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

Login Security: You must keep your password and any one-time passcodes (OTPs) confidential. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. dk22 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.

Account Verification (KYC): dk22 is required to verify the identity of players before processing withdrawals or as required by our compliance obligations. You may be asked to submit copies of a valid government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals.

Account Closure: You may request to close your dk22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to applicable wagering requirements being met. dk22 also reserves the right to close any account, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where a breach of these Terms is identified.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 unless otherwise stated in active promotional terms. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited within 60 seconds. Bank transfers may take 5 to 20 minutes depending on the financial institution. Crypto deposits via USDT TRC20 are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. dk22 processes withdrawal requests within the following timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 3 to 10 minutes; bank transfers — within 1 to 4 business hours; USDT TRC20 — subject to network congestion. • Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name are not permitted.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, dk22 reserves the right to freeze account balances and report the matter to relevant authorities.

dk22 offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as these general bonus terms.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the number of times the bonus (or bonus plus deposit) amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. Wagering requirements are stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the specified validity period will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance without compensation.

dk22 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any ambiguity in bonus terms, the decision of dk22's management shall be final.

Bet Acceptance: dk22 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Bets placed after an event has concluded, or where a technical error has affected the displayed odds, are void and will be refunded. Winning bets resulting from obvious pricing errors (including palpable errors in odds) may also be voided by dk22.

Live Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability. During live events, odds and market availability may change rapidly. dk22 is not responsible for delays in odds updates caused by third-party data providers or communication network issues.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dk22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action and reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Money Laundering: Using the dk22 Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing the origin of those funds.
• Account Sharing: Sharing your dk22 account credentials with any other person, or allowing any other person to access or use your account.
• Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one dk22 account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the dk22 Platform infrastructure, databases, or security systems.

All content on the dk22 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, brand names, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and compiled data — is the exclusive property of dk22 or its licensed game and content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dk22 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content from the dk22 Platform without prior written authorisation from dk22.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software forming part of the dk22 Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright notices, trademarks, or proprietary labels on the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on dk22's content, design, or brand identity.

Any unauthorised use of dk22 intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by dk22.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dk22 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from interruptions, errors, bugs, or technical failures in the Platform.
• Losses resulting from delays in payment processing by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or any other financial institution.
• Losses arising from network outages, communication failures, or force majeure events.

Platform Availability: dk22 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or harmful components. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably possible.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, dk22's total cumulative liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of the funds held in your dk22 account at the time the relevant claim arises.

dk22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic. We actively provide tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity.

The following responsible gaming tools are available within every dk22 account:

Nothing in this clause shall prevent dk22 from seeking urgent injunctive or other emergency relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect dk22's rights, intellectual property, or to prevent ongoing harm.
